Running back Terry Miller scored two short-yardage touchdowns and Bobby Hebert passed to Anthony Carter for another as the Michigan Panthers whipped the Denver Gold 28-0.
Before a crowd of 41,523, the defending champion Panthers(3-0) put together long time-consuming scoring drives in the first, second, and fourth quarters.

[NOTE: The game was poorly recorded back in 1984. The audio is distorted for most of the first half until a few minutes left in the 2nd quarter (51:00 min mark). I tried cleaning up most of the distortion but what you hear is the clearest I could get. The best way to listen is through speakers and not headphones while the audio distortion runs its course
Also, the second half audio is 100% clear but at times you will see the video shake somewhat because AGAIN it was poorly recorded. This is the ONLY copy out there that I've been able to find.]
