On April 1st 1984 Michigan Panthers wide receiver Anthony Carter suffered a broken arm against the San Antonio Gunslingers that proceeded with three straight losses. This was his second year in the USFL after the Panthers won it all in 1983.
In this interview Carter discusses the injury and what his doctors say about it. He also comments on the losing streak and distractions the Michigan Panthers were dealing with concerning ownership/player contract issues.
Carter gives praise for the Miami Dolphins drafting him in that years NFL draft but says he has no regrets signing with the USFL.
