So with Quintsera, what's the best way if a business takes on this as a reseller and package up domains and hosting? What's the best way for a business to manage their customer website?

Okay, so you are a provider of online media services to other businesses. Now you do what you do, and you do it well.

And I'm going to put it to you that you might be offering SEO and Facebook social media, and websites and copywriting and and and but you don't do it all, right? You outsource the bits that you don't do, to a specialist.

Same here, we have a dedicated cloud platform for hosting websites, applications email. And we do that and only that. And with our partners, we provide other services. You mentioned it's all cloud based. Nowadays, how reliable is this service?

Although I haven't done the mats, but it's definitely 99.9% or something like that. So I've been using the same cloud hosting platform for years, like five or more years, and we've had one outage in that time.

So it's as close to 100% as you're ever going to get, you're going to find that there's not a hosting platform on the planet, that's 100%. It's just not happening.

So if you go into the big, big, big content services, which are very expensive, you may then have the redundancy in the total uptime. But even then, I don't know you've probably experienced major corporations websites being down on occasion. Well ours have been less than less than some of the major corporations. So you can plan on and we guarantee a close as close to 100% as you're ever going to get.

Some of us have the time to get online get on something like Wix or where I think Squarespace and get set up a website. But you know how long if someone was to come online, register for Quintsera?

How long does it take to get a customer website up running with the email and everything? Is that something that that Quintsera can provide?

Yeah, look, we can have it done in an hour. And a real example. I did this with my own daughter. Day to day I work as a business coach and my daughter when she was about 13 or 14 said she wanted to spend her Christmas break with me staying in expensive hotels in the city and creating her business, which we did. And we created a brand and had it online with email and a basic website within an hour.

Okay, great. So we've got all the services that Quintsera provides, but I've been with previous providers, how do I get support? Am I just another number?

So support some of the benefits, we have an address in Richmond, Victoria. We have our mobile phone number - mine!

And we provide response times like any other organisation, or better, if you want to negotiate a specific response time, same business day, within four hours, that sort of thing, we can do that for an extra fee.

However, you know, at no extra fee, you'll be getting up in support in a sensible timeframe. And what I mean by sensible timeframe is I've got my own websites. And none of us want our sites to be down for more than hours when we've detected that it's down.

So in the event that yours is down, it's likely to be something on your site, rather than our platform, in which case we can liaise with your web guys and get it up and running again, ASAP.

As an example, I've shared in other video, how our platforms uptime is as close to 100% as you can get in the industry. So not an issue that I have to deal with. However, you got my mobile number. Anytime you've got a problem.

It's great. You got website hosting, domain registration, email hosting. What about the other? If I wanted a video if I wanted some graphic design? If I wanted some support? Is that something you can help with?
